·       Credit can be for dropped calls. 

·       Calls should not be longer than 1 minute. 

·       Credit should not exceed 1 minute. 

·       Customers should be calling in immediately when problems occur.

 

1.     Login

2.     Click on : Postpaid Subscriber Maintenance

3.     USE PACTOLUS Acct # (found in TRIO in the international option)(normally begins with 555)

4.     Choose "Sub Menu" option "Account Activity"

5.     Select "Reverse" for the call that needs to be reversed (the sub will have that minute added back to there account)

6.     Document information as to why the call was reversed

7.     Document/Copy information into Remedy

 

 

 

Please email a Supervisor or Lead if you do not have access to reverse the calls
