LEAD STEPS:

If there is no COS/WIP

· Remove OV rate (2S,F2,3V), and V1 Port rate that was added when COS completed

§ See a Lead for assistance with this if needed.

· In cabledata Go through COS Option 3 to see what date is available - DO NOT SCHEDULE (follow LEC Rules - http://tsgnews/ov/lnplec.htm)

· Then email the date to supervisor for setup / CC your Team Lead

· In the Email Advise Supervisor of:

§ The order was Parked

§ The Date Needed for the Port Reschedule Appointment

§ The Phone Number to be Ported:

§ The OV rate that will be Used: (2S, F2, 3V etc.)

§ The Wireline Rate (4D,7D etc)

· Leave ticket WIP to TSG LNP
